Medication Technician Course

Medication technicians provide support to licensed, healthcare professionals such as registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. Medication technicians prepare and assist with administration of medications to patients. Medication technicians

are usually CNAs, HHAs, MAs, and CBHTs who typically work under the supervision of nurses. Medication technicians are usually employed in assisted living facilities, drug treatment facilities, home-care centers and more.
