Guerda J. Valere, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As our Clinical Subject Matter Expert, Mrs. Guerda Valere is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Post Masters’ Certification from South University of Savannah, Georgia; She received her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Miami Dade College and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing (Cum Laude) from Florida Atlantic University. She earned a Master’s in Nursing Administration and Financial Leadership from Florida Atlantic University where she is currently pursing her Doctorate and also lends her skills as Teaching Assistant (TA) for the Health Assessment in the Nursing Situations Lab of Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing.
As the Director of Nursing in a Long Term Care Facility in Broward. She has also worked as an adjunct clinical faculty at Miami Dade College of Nursing and she is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She applies her extensive simulative education background in the classroom, to teach excellent and precise hands-on skills. Her passion is to help nursing staff and nursing students to build confidence in learning and applying clinical skills. Her clinical view is based on Holistic principles.
During her 14 years in nursing, she has so often witnessed the struggles of the nursing team, due to lack of preceptorship and not having adequate training and orientation; coupled also with a lack of understanding the requirements necessary to perform effectively. It is through this cause Mrs. Valere has partnered with Valere & Ciril Management Group to create the “Nursing Skills Workshops” offering enhancements to Health-Care as we know it.
Fredline J. Ciril, MBA
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mrs. Fredline Ciril is a dedicated professional administrator and outreach educator. She is an inspirational leader who motivates people through coaching, professional development, and personal example. She is an educational advocate who excels in implementing and directing programs on behalf of a nonprofit organization, which has helped improve the lives of many disadvantaged children, youth, and their families.
Motivational speaker. She motivates and empowers women to accomplish their full potential via her social media talk show “Femmes D'Aujourd'hui Avec Fredline Ciril.” Influencer, she is a VIP Member of the International Association of Women. Award recognition for leadership contribution to the success of professional women.
Nutrition educator and counselor; Fredline previously worked as a nutritionist for the State of New York, helping low-income families at risk for poor nutrition, teaching them to pursue healthy lifestyles and make healthier food choices.
Fredline has a passion and a heart for business and education. She is inspired in personal development, teaching and motivating others to live their highest and best life. Her vision of a better, healthier nursing community has motivated her passion to be part of the dynamic team of Valere Health Institute.
Ms. Fredline Ciril earned her Associate’s degree at Miami Dade College; She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Florida State University and her Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
